Navigating the holidays, plus getting COVID, and managing a very busy season at Inspired was all piled up on top of a general feeling of just wanting to eat comfort food and hibernate in a cozy, warm space.
These are not excuses, they’re just my reality. And I let them get the better of my fitness goals. Truth is, I haven’t consistently exercised my body in more than 10 years. That’s 3,650+ days of a habit to break! And I just have to give myself grace and get back in the saddle again!
Our reality is made up of our habits. And in order to make new habits or break old ones we need to:
I know we’re right in the middle of a nor’easter, but there’s no time like the present to think about summer and how we want to feel when we finally dip our toes in the pool for the first time this year.
I want to feel confident and strong. I don’t want to be thinking about love handles or cellulite, I’d much rather be focused on having fun with my kids and chatting about life with my girlfriends.
Why? Because life is flying by. And I don’t want to miss a damn thing because of a lack of health, lack of strength, lack of confidence, or lack of money (yeah, I’m talking about money, too).
I’m choosing to work out my mind as much as I’m choosing to work out my body. And I’ve already chosen a wellness and weight-loss nutrition program that has been incredibly supportive of ALL of my goals and why’s.
π Want to lose at least 10 pounds and double-digit inches before summer with an easy, nutrient-rich plan
πΈWant to double their confidence
π―βοΈ Want mental, physical, emotional, and financial support on their journey
π€ Are ready to invest a little in return for a lot more
And my guess is, if you’ve read this far, I might just be talking to you. Shoot me a message if you want to chat about it! I’m already here for you, and so are many others. We’d love to have you. π
