Happy December!

30 days left before the end of the year. This is a BUSY time of year…

Did you know that statistics say that performance is highest in the last quarter of the year because the pressure is ON? That almost the same amount gets accomplished in these last three months than in the entire year?

Time is such a silly thing, so silly that it can trick us into either being highly productive or super lazy. I don’t know about you, but I’m AMPED UP about business and SUPER excited for what’s to come.

Today I wanted to give you all a little update on all the irons I’ve got heating up in the fire.

#1: My second ever podcast interview was released yesterday!!

I was recently interviewed on the "Why I Quit" podcast with Dave Phelan, co-founder of Founders Approach. On this episode I tell my story of quitting 3 different jobs, never-before-shared behind-the-scenes of starting Inspired Studio, and the passion behind starting another business coaching entrepreneurs.

I open up about my personal struggles at the time, the motivation behind overcoming challenges, and the catalyst for deciding to design my life. And how I didn’t want to have to chose between being a parent and a business owner, so I made it my mission to be great at both.

I also touch on hy I pursued the path of becoming a certified NeuroCoach(TM).

#2: In two weeks I’ll officially have my NeuroCoaching^TM certification!

What coaching is vs consulting? Coaching requires developing the client's abilities to solve a problem themselves using a wide range of tools, such as goal setting and accountability. However, consulting involves helping the client solve their problems.

What is NeuroCoaching? Simply put, it’s a brain-based and source-based method of transformation. Most coaching is symptom-based and doesn’t get to the source of where the disconnect is happening. NC uses the science of neuroplasticity and synaptic pruning to rewire broken beliefs that were programmed from childhood. We’re all born with and grow up observing things that our brains learn to automate. It’s nothing we did on purpose, it is not anyone’s fault. But sometimes those automated beliefs can hold us back in life and business.

What I’ve discovered about myself and the transformations I’ve made in only a matter of 6 months are nothing short of incredible. I’ve found the deep-rooted beliefs that have kept me hiding and growing my business in the dark. They’ve kept me from speaking my truth, stepping into my authenticity, and learning to actually love myself (what a concept!).

3#: I’m working on developing a new program!

You’ll want to stay tuned as I continue to iron out the details. But the hint I can give you is this: I’m packaging up my experience, knowledge, and coaching tools to serve design entrepreneurs. Kicking off early 2022. I’m passionate about entrepreneurship.

And I’m passionate about creatives. I think our industry has some growing to do in terms of how creating entrepreneurs view their worth, and I’m setting out to change it!
